I really like the way the author wrote this book to give important information in an easy to understand, not overwhelming, caring way. Food, relationships, spirituality, stress, physical activity all play a huge role in how your overall health is. This book will help you obtain optimal health and well being. I enjoyed this book and will definitely recommend it.
I really love this book. Chantal's voice is so straightforward and joyful that her commonsense approach to eating well comes across as practical and not at all preachy, a bit like a best friend sitting you down for a frank talk because she really cares about you. "Back to the basics", "Be open to trying new things", "Drink more water"....such practical advice and we've heard it before, but not from someone who really walks her talk. Buy her book, read it and take a deep breath. She's there to hold your hand so you don't have to go it alone and if you follow her practical , commonsense methodology you'll be very successful whatever your goals!!!!!!
